Yes. In your privacy settings you can enable "Confidential Search" mode, which hides your profile from companies you currently work at and prevents your name from appearing in public search results.

Your application dashboard shows the status of every submission. When an employer opens your profile you'll see "Viewed" — you can also enable email and push notifications for status changes.

Yes. Paid plan subscribers can access our candidate database, filter by skills, experience, location, and availability, and send direct InMail-style messages. Free-tier employers can only receive applications.
